Annual flat rate per unit is payable in advance of the service year which runs from July 1 - June 30. A unit consists of a one family dwelling with one kitchen and bath.
Payment can be made in two installments or in full by June 30th. If paying in installments, half of the total bill is due on March 30 and the final payment is due on June 30. Non-payment by July 15th will trigger a mailed discontinuation of service notice.
Door tags for disconnection of service will be placed on premises by August 10th for non-payment.

Please be advised that, per our tariff, it is illegal for customers to shut off or turn on their own service at the utility's curb stop. In case of illegal reconnections, "the Company will disconnect service and the Customer shall incur a reconnection charge of $200 during normal working hours and $250 charge for after working hours."
You may use the form on this page or telephone our office to schedule service to be shut off or turned on. If you are a seasonal resident it is important to winterize your homes to avoid freeze ups.

COMMERCIAL
Commercial customers are billed every quarter based on metered usage. Our licensed operator reads the meters each quarter and bills are issued.

Winter Termination Program
The NJ Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has implemented a Winter Termination Program to prevent service discontinuation for eligible residential customers receiving residential water and/or sewer from November 15th through March 15th.
